Buckhead Village Changed Its Storefronts This Year. Partners Card Week Is the Time to Walk Them

"It just seemed like the perfect location for a business like mine," Jeffrey Kalinsky told Buckhead.com about reopening Jeffrey in Buckhead Village. He named Le Colonial, Le Bilboquet and the St. Regis as the neighbors that sold him on it. His store opened on August 2 at 3070 Bolling Way NE, close to where the brand first started.

Jeffrey was one opening in a long run. Between January and August, Buckhead Village added a furniture showroom, a hair-growth studio, two home and lifestyle labels, two fashion brands from London and New York, a beauty brand and an Italian bar. They opened one at a time, each a few weeks apart, so it was easy to miss how much had changed. Camp Twin Lakes Partners Card week starts Friday, October 23. It is the first fall shopping event since most of the 2026 lineup opened, and it gives you a reason to walk the whole district at once.

Eight months, one storefront at a time

Buckhead.com's August feature put it well: "Read in sequence, the leases tell a story of momentum rather than a scatter of openings." Here is that sequence by month.

When Arrival What it is
Fall 2025 lease Roche Bobois French furniture showroom, 4,700 square feet facing Peachtree Road
January 2026 Maeve Anthropologie's in-house label, its second standalone U.S. store
January 2026 Great Many 1,800-square-foot hair-growth studio, its first location outside New York
Early 2026 Hill House Home New York lifestyle brand, 2,200 square feet
May 2026 ME+EM London womenswear label, 2,170 square feet at 213 Buckhead Ave
May 2026 LoveShackFancy 2,100-square-foot boutique, the brand's first in Georgia
July 2026 Y Bar e Ristorante Italian aperitivo bar and restaurant at 3065 Peachtree Road NE
July 31, 2026 Jones Road Bobbi Brown's beauty brand, 1,800 square feet
August 2, 2026 Jeffrey Jeffrey Kalinsky's boutique, 3070 Bolling Way NE

Roche Bobois signed for its space in fall 2025, but its grand opening didn't come until Wednesday, September 23, 2026. The showroom is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. ME+EM keeps longer hours, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday, which works if you're coming over after work.

LoveShackFancy was planned as the most theatrical of the new stores. Jamestown, which owns the district, described the design as a historic French townhouse seen through the brand's eyes, with layered moldings, pale oak floors, vintage crystal chandeliers and Aubusson rugs in powdered pinks and creams. The store sits next door to Maeve, so you can visit both in one stop.

Where to sit down between stops

Y Bar is the one new place on the list where you sit down, and it fits between stores easily. Rough Draft Atlanta reported its July opening at 3065 Peachtree Road and described Italian aperitivo-style food and cocktails. That suits a stop between Roche Bobois on Peachtree and the boutiques on Bolling Way.

Y Bar is already part of the district's calendar. Atlanta News First listed it with St. Germain Bakery, Gypsy Kitchen and Yeppa & Co. among the local businesses at the European Market on October 3. That one-day market ran from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Buckhead Avenue at the Veranda and Plaza, 3035 Peachtree Road NE, and it's over for this year. The four businesses on that list are a short walk from every new storefront above.

How Partners Card week works

Partners Card is Camp Twin Lakes' ten-day shopping fundraiser. Here's how it works this year:

  • Dates: Friday, October 23 through Sunday, November 1, 2026.
  • Discount: 20% off at hundreds of participating retailers and restaurants.
  • Cost: $80, and the full price goes to Camp Twin Lakes.
  • Buying: PartnersCard.com emails you a digital card. The site's retailer finder also shows stores that sell cards in person.
  • Where it works: Check the official where-to-shop directory store by store. Abbey Glass – Buckhead Village is listed.

The directory matters most for the newest stores. A store being in Buckhead Village doesn't mean it takes the card. Several of this year's arrivals opened only months ago, so check the finder before planning a visit around a 20% discount. Buckhead Village's own Partners Card page promotes the event, but the official directory is where participation is listed.

Do the math before you buy. At 20% off, the $80 card pays for itself once you spend $400 at participating stores during the ten days. For many Buckhead Village shoppers, that's one furniture order, one Jeffrey visit or a few dinners. Below that amount, the card works mainly as a donation to Camp Twin Lakes, which is a fine reason to buy one too.

The storefronts still to come

Jamestown's August 3 announcement listed more brands on the way.

  1. Unsubscribed, a New York label making small-batch women's clothing, had an opening date of August 12 at 3056 Bolling Way, a few doors from Jeffrey. Check its storefront before you count on it.
  2. Roller Rabbit, the New York brand known for printed sleepwear and family clothing, is due later in 2026.
  3. TOM FORD BEAUTY is planned for 2027, with fragrance and makeup consultations and TOM FORD eyewear.
  4. Equinox, the luxury fitness club, was announced for 2027.

The Equinox announcement changes what kind of place the district is. Every 2026 arrival so far has been somewhere you visit to shop or eat. A gym is somewhere people go several times a week. Buckhead.com offered a sensible way to judge all of it: "Whether the district's run holds will be measured in renewals rather than ribbon-cuttings."

The calendar after the card expires

Partners Card ends November 1, and the next week fills up quickly. Several Buckhead events land within a few days of each other:

  • Thursday, October 22, 7 p.m.: Before the card week begins, Buckhead Heritage hosts a free talk on the High Museum's centennial in the Gould Room at the Cathedral of Saint Philip.
  • Saturday, November 7, 10 a.m.: Buckhead Heritage's Peachtree Heights East neighborhood tour meets at the Duckpond historical marker.
  • November 7 and 8: The Chastain Park Fall Arts Festival runs at 4469 Stella Drive, Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free.
  • Sunday, November 8, 9 a.m. to noon: The Buckhead Village Car Club holds its first meetup. The district describes it as a gathering for people who appreciate fine craftsmanship and precision machinery.
  • Thursday, November 12, 7 p.m.: Buckhead Heritage hosts a free talk with Wright Mitchell, also in the Cathedral of Saint Philip's Gould Room.

The tour and the arts festival fall on the same Saturday. The car club meets Sunday morning, on the arts festival's second day. Buckhead Village holds its first morning car meetup on a weekend when Chastain is already busy, so pick the time of day before you pick the event.

Leaving the car at Lenox

If your Partners Card list includes stores at Lenox Square, the Lenox Boardwalk now takes you there on foot. The $15.6 million boardwalk runs 0.44 mile along Lenox Road, from Lenox MARTA station at East Paces Ferry Road to Peachtree Road. The path is raised and 10 to 12 feet wide, with new pedestrian lighting and partial tree shade. Urbanize Atlanta reported on September 29 that Buckhead CID now considers every part of the project finished. The CID's own project page dates its completion to January 2026, so regular users have been walking it for months.

The next stretch toward Phipps is still being planned. The roughly $10 million second phase, which adds wider sidewalks and lighting between Peachtree Road and Phipps Boulevard, is in final engineering, with groundbreaking expected next year. At the far end, the Wieuca Road and Phipps Boulevard intersection is now Atlanta's first multi-lane roundabout. The $4 million project added bike lanes, crosswalks and an 85-foot landscaped island where open asphalt used to be.

Buckhead's shopping streets look different this fall than they did last year, and much of the change opened while people were away for the summer.
